The main residence, featuring six bedrooms, dates to 1697 and stands as a testament to Provençal architectural heritage. A resident caretaker ensures the estate’s continued maintenance, with their own apartment situated at the property’s entrance.

Instead of ocean sounds, visitors hear church bells; rather than waterfront villas, they find stone farmhouses; and country lanes wind through ancient olive groves that have remained virtually unchanged for centuries.

The estate’s inland position provides both tranquility and convenience. It sits approximately twenty minutes from Nice International Airport and fifteen minutes from Cannes.
